Steve Fletcher joined McKeil Marine in 1999. As Chief Financial Officer, he has assumed responsibility for the management of the accounting, finance and banking activities of the McKeil Group of Companies. He has been instrumental in developing the Group's management structure, reporting and accountability systems.

A graduate of the McMaster University MBA Program, specializing in Finance, Steve spent ten years in commercial and corporate banking with one of Canada's largest banks and gained expertise in a wide range of industrial sectors.

Steve frequently spearheads initiatives, which include the Group's purchase and sale of larger assets, contract negotiations as well as mergers and acquisitions opportunities.

Personal interests include involvement in minor hockey; other local sports programs, travel and golf. Steve is married to Jane and they have three boys: Erik, John and Ryan.
